Safe Harbor International Relief is an outreach of Calvary Chapel Rancho Santa Margarita. Their purpose is to be a voice in the Body of Jesus Christ calling believers together to fulfill the Great Commission, to strengthen, encourage and build up other brothers and sisters in Christ living in fear or desperate need or are suffering and being persecuted for their faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. In short, to minister in the name of Jesus Christ to the last, the least and the lost.
